Easy 5-Minute Installation
ZPLUS Water Softener is designed for a hassle-free DIY installation. You don't need a plumber or any special tools. Just follow these simple steps:
Open Water Tank
Go to your roof and open the lid of your overhead water storage tank.
Prepare the Unit
Take the ZPLUS Water Softener unit and tie it securely with a nylon rope (usually provided or available at hardware stores).
Positioning
Gently lower the unit into the water tank. Ensure it is suspended about 1-2 inches above the bottom of the tank. It should not touch the floor of the tank to ensure proper water circulation.
Secure & Close
Tie the other end of the rope securely to the top of the tank or the lid handle. Close the tank lid.
Important Note
For optimal performance, we recommend cleaning the unit every 2-3 months. Simply pull it out, wash it with normal water to remove any sediment or mud that may have settled on the surface, and put it back in.
